Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- ALL Orders on Engine kits & Exhaust systems are made to order with custom parts and take time! Please further read and understand our Terms & Conditions page and accept these conditions before placing your order!
- Orders usually ship within 3-10 business days, however things do happen, and wait times can be up to 6 months as in Terms * Conditions. Saturday and Sunday are not business days
- All orders shipped are subject to sales tax.
- Our standard shipping method is USPS & UPS. If you have a preferred shipping method let us know in the notes when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. There may be added shipping fees.
- Please be sure to know what model you have when ordering to ensure you receive the proper part/s.
International Shipping:
- All orders places from outside of the United States will need to be emailed to: JRTrikesports@yahoo.com
- There may be additional unforeseen customs, duties, taxes or import charges added to the package(s) by the shipping service or the destination country. The receiver is responsible for all additional charges.
Return Policy:
- You must email JRTrikesports@yahoo.com prior to any return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in new unused condition. Returned items receive a 100% refund, MINUS SHIPPING
- There are no returns on any used items!
- If you need to return an item, you must contact us within 10 business days from when you receive the items. After 10 business days, all sales are final!
- Shipping charges are not refundable. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer!
Warranty Policy:
Because of the intended use of JR Trikesports products, JR Trikesports makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers of JR Trikesports products regarding performance, safety, fit, merchantability or length of service. Purchasers are responsible for the selection of proper goods and must rely on their own skills and judgment that such goods are suitable for purchasers' application.
If you have a discrepancy with the package contents, you must bring this up, via email, within 7 days of delivery of the package.
